Why not just create your own buttons in CSS, Flash, JavaScript and provide them with a link to download any images and the code (with explicit directions) how to install it onto their web page.

It is not that hard to create a button or to put one on a web page for that matter. No need for a program to do it.

Make sure that the source code you provide them conforms to the international standards though to avoid anyone getting upset if it does not.

However, as needs of individuals differ, clearly the definition of best is a subjective one. I have heard praises for all of the following programs:

* Picture in Picture
* Fade In/Out

- Text Effects
I have used several video editing programs, however, perhaps due to my own incompetency – I was unable to find a program that has as many title effects as the -basic- Windows Movie Maker.

I am looking for a program that has the ability to do the following text effects:
* Different fonts in same title
* Any Placement on Video (WMM limits to left, center, right)
* Zoom (In/Out)
* Faded Zoom (In/Out)
* Zoom Up/Down
* Subtitle
* Video In Text
* Banner Scroll
* Banner Scroll (with Video in Text)
* Moving Layered Titles
* Exploding Outline
* Credit Scroll
* Credit Scroll with Text Box
* Text Transparency
(With the exception of the last two, and one other, all of the above effects are provided by WMM, however with limitations which render them near useless for my needs)

With my given requirements, please advise me as to which program you deem most suitable to fulfill them. Also, should there be a separate text editing software, please do recommend.
- Currently I am a PC User, however, am willing to switch to a MAC (should Video Editing be necessary)

- Though I am a Hobbyist, that by no means should indicate that I am willing to compromise quality

- A Program with an an easy user interface would be optimal
