How much does a commercial signage should cost me?

I just requested for a commercial signage for my food cart, its 3ftx4ft in dimension, back to back with lighting. They said it will cost me 10,900 pesos (Philippines). Just want to ask if this figure is too expensive based on the specification.

If its aluminum it should be around $160-250

if its like plastic or pvc…it should be around $100-150
